🍫 Dairy Milk & Biscoff Rice Krispie Bars

These bars are dangerously easy. We’re talking gooey melted Dairy Milk, swirled with Biscoff spread, hugging crispy rice puffs like a warm, chocolatey blanket.

🧺 You’ll need (makes 12 squares):

  • 200g Dairy Milk chocolate (or any milk chocolate you love)

  • 100g smooth Biscoff spread

  • 50g unsalted butter

  • 100g Rice Krispies (or any puffed rice cereal)

  • Optional: crushed Biscoff biscuits for the top, flaky sea salt, or melted white chocolate for drizzling

👩‍🍳 How to make it:

  1. Line a square baking tin (roughly 8x8 inches) with parchment paper.

  2. In a heatproof bowl over simmering water (or use the microwave in short bursts), melt the chocolate, butter, and Biscoff spread together. Stir until smooth, glossy, and slightly dangerous.

  3. Pour the warm mixture over the Rice Krispies in a big bowl. Stir to coat every puff in chocolatey cookie joy.

  4. Tip into your lined tin, press down firmly with a spatula or spoon to flatten (pro tip: use a piece of baking paper to press without mess).

  5. Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuits, a little sea salt, or go wild with a white chocolate drizzle if you’re feeling extra.
