🌶️ Sticky Sweet Chilli Potato Tots

Hey snack lover,
These tots? They're next-level. We’re taking crispy little potato bites and tossing them in a sticky sweet chilli glaze that’s tangy, spicy, and totally irresistible.
They’re crunchy, saucy, and perfect for movie night, party platters, or just hoovering straight off the tray while pretending to “taste test”.
🧺 You’ll need (serves 2–3... maybe):
500g frozen potato tots (or hash brown bites)
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
1 tsp garlic granules or 1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp chilli flakes (optional, for heat)
Spring onions & sesame seeds, for garnish
👩🍳 How to make it:
Cook your potato tots according to packet instructions — either oven-bake or air-fry until golden and crispy. Don’t skip this bit — we want that crunch.
While they cook, make your sticky sauce: In a small pan, combine sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and chilli flakes. Simmer on low for 2–3 mins until slightly thickened.
Once the tots are done, toss them in the warm sauce until they’re glossy, sticky, and fully coated.
Pile onto a plate, then finish with sliced spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for crunch and cuteness.
Serve hot, with extra sauce on the side if you’re a dipper.
