Your oven’s about to do very good things.🧺 You’ll need:1 French baguette (or ciabatta)100g unsalted butter, softened3 garlic cloves, minced (or 2 tsp garlic granules)Pinch of salt1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or dried)50g mozzarella, grated50g mature cheddar, grated30g parmesan, finely grated30g creamy blue cheese or gorgonzola, crumbled (optional but SO good)Optional: chilli flakes or extra parsley for garnish👩‍🍳 How to make it:Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Line a baking tray with foil or parchment.Slice the baguette in half lengthways, or into thick slices — your vibe, your rules.In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, pinch of salt, and parsley.
